When you fill in the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one) and the text of your message. The time of submission and your IP address are recorded alongside them, as a safeguard against automated abuse of the form.
We use this only to reply to your enquiry. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, together with our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and protecting the website from abuse.
We do not use your details for marketing messages and we do not sell them to anyone.
If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to see in aggregate how many people visit the site and which pages interest them. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the Cookies page.
If you do not consent, no analytics code is loaded at all.
Form messages are delivered to our company mailbox hosted on Microsoft 365, and the website is hosted by Hostinger. If you have accepted analytics cookies, statistical data is processed by Google. These providers act as processors on our behalf.
Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area, on the basis of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request, and for a reasonable period afterwards so that there is a record of the correspondence. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
